Coach's outlook: "We're looking really strong at the attack position, but we're in the process of putting together the defense. But we're looking a lot stronger in that department, too. I pulled some offensive players who had some speed back to help out. I think that's what we missing back, their foot speed. Our subs are real strong, as well. Everyone is really motivated, and I think we have a realistic shot at making the playoffs. A lot of the powerhouses like Severna Park are missing some key players from last year, and we have a lot of experience. It should be interesting."

Anne Arundel County Sun's outlook: Judging from the wealth of experience on the entire roster, the Wildcats look to be ready to do battle with 4A contenders Chesapeake, Annapolis and Meade. April 3 through April 9 should prove to be an indicator of Arundel's fortunes, when they meet Chesapeake, Southern and Severna Park in succession. A .500 season seems to be within reach.
