The Carroll County Sun's outlook: BOYS -- Liberty willbe strong in the hurdles and pole vaulting and may have some good jumpers. But they lack depth in distance races and throwing events. GIRLS -- If it wasn't Linganore and Westminster, the Lions might have a shot at some titles this year. The Lions are strong in distance races, sprints and jumping.
