Baltimore area high school students will get a chance to learn about global, social and political issues at a conference being held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 13 at Western High School, Falls Road and Cold Spring Lane.

Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, the guest speaker, is to discuss his recent experience in the Middle East.
