* RMS Associates of Linthicum won a $40,984,783 contract from NASA to provide management and operation of a NASA STI facility.

* JSA Healthcare Corp. of Columbia won a $985,807 contract from the Air Force to provide health care services and related support services for the clinic at Pease Air Force Base, N.H.
