The Bureau of Development Review has implemented a new schedule for inspection fees.

All site development, use-in-common driveways andlandscape plans granted final approval will be charged inspection fees according to the size of the developed area construction.

There will be a minimum $50 fee. Collection of inspection fees will be incorporated into the Public Works Agreement process for those projects that require a Public Works Agreement.

The fee schedule is:

* Site plan inspection (includes landscaping) -- $.005 per square foot of developed area. Minimum -- $50.

* Use-in-common driveway inspection -- 4 percent of cost of construction. Minimum -- $50.

* Residential landscape inspection -- 4 percent of cost of construction. Minimum -- $50.
