Richard B. Fulton Local entrepreneur

Services for Richard B. Fulton, a retired manufacturers' representative, will be held at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Taylor Funeral Chapel in Annapolis.

Mr. Fulton, who was 90 and lived in Edgewater, died Monday of pneumonia at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.

He retired in 1966 as owner of the R. B. Fulton Co., which he started in Baltimore in 1935 and now is owned by his son.

Born in Hampton, Va., and raised in Catonsville, he was a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute and studied engineering at the Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Fulton was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Annapolis and a former member of the vestry of St. John's Episcopal Church inMount Washington.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Anita Arnest; and a son, Richard B. Fulton Jr. of Edgewater.
