Baltimore County police said yesterday that no charges have been brought in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Sunday morning in Cockeysville.

The victim, Robert Earl Taylor, 33, of the 2000 block of Valley Mill Road in northern Baltimore County, was found dead on the kitchen floor of an apartment just before 3 a.m. Sunday, said E. Jay Miller, a police spokesman.
