Carsten Sierck Brinkmann, a stunt airplane pilot and aerobatics instructor, died of heart failure Friday at his Catonsville home. He was 74.

Services for Mr. Brinkmann will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Witzke funeral establishment, 1630 Edmondson Ave. in Catonsville.

He is survived by his wife of four years, Margaret Pray Brinkmann of Catonsville; a step-daughter, Georgia Stevens of Washington; a cousin, Theodore Sierck Brinkmann of Ellicott City; two nieces, Holly Sierck and Heidi Ann Brinkmann of Columbia Hills; and a granddaughter.
