The directors of the Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. declared a regular quarterly dividend of 52.5 cents per share on common stock and quarterly dividends at the specified rates for all outstanding preferredand preference stocks.

All dividends are payable April 1 to holders of record at the close of business on March 11.
