Citizens will get the chance to comment on a proposed tree preservation amendment tomorrow.

The Town Council will conduct a public hearing on the measure at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

The proposal is aimed at saving trees and woodland at developmentsites. The council will take up the matter during its regular monthly meeting following the hearing.

The council also will take publicinput on proposed fencing regulations.
