* OUTLOOK: As amazing as it seems, the Blast (19-20) is only 1 1/2 games out of first place in the Eastern Division of the Major Soccer League. Dallas (14-25), on the other hand, is out of the running in the West. The problem for the Blast is that the Sidekicks can gain a lot of delight by wrecking the plans of contenders. The Sidekicks come into tonight's game off a 10-8 loss to Wichita, while the Blast returns home after back-to-back losses in San Diego and Tacoma, the last in triple overtime. Tim Wittman (knee) is out; Mike Stankovic (flu) is questionable.
