At 1 p.m., a rally sponsored by the Essex Recreation Council will be held at Cox's Point Park in Essex. (Take Eastern Avenue to Riverside Drive.) Free admission, parking and entertainment.
At 2 p.m. at the Metro subway station on Old Court Road in Pikesville, a rally will include a performance by the First Army Band from Fort Meade and will feature State Comptroller Louis Goldstein. Take a chair and a flag.
Also at 2 p.m., at Rash Field in the Inner Harbor, Mayor Kurt L. Schmoke will host Baltimore's Tribute to the Men and Women in Uniform, featuring the Naval Academy Ceremonial band.
