An overwhelming majority of respondents to The Evening Sun's phone survey feel Saddam Hussein should be captured and tried for war crimes.
Of 478 callers, 378 (79 percent) think U.S.-led allied forces should press on to Baghdad, and 442 (90 percent) of those callers feel Saddam should be tried for war crimes.
About 46 percent (221 respondents) of callers believed the battle for Kuwait would end by Saturday, and a solid majority (64 percent, or 304 callers) believed it would end at least by April. Only 77 callers (16 percent) felt the war would drag on past the end of March.
"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically, as would be done in a scientific public opinion poll.
