Audrey Hill Brown Dunbar High teacher

Services for Audrey Hill Brown, a retired Dunbar High School teacher, will be held at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Sharp Street Memorial United Methodist Church, 1206 Etting St.

Mrs. Brown, who was 79, died Saturday of cancer at her home on Liberty Heights Avenue.

She retired in 1973 after teaching business courses at Dunbar for more than 30 years.

The former Audrey Hill was born in St. Louis but was reared in Baltimore and graduated from Douglass High School.

She earned a bachelor's degree at Hampton University and a master's degree at Columbia University. She also did graduate work at Loyola College and Morgan State University.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband of 44 years, Douglass B. Brown, a retired supervisor at the main post office.
