GREINER NAMES NEW ARCHITECTURE VP

County resident James M. Cloud has been named vice president at Greiner Inc., a Baltimore architectural and engineering firm founded in 1908.

Cloud, a 28-year veteran of the firm, is chief of architecture and manager of the institutional division in the company's mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for marketing and coordinating new projects, analyzing their profitability, and for overall design and activities of the firm's project architects.

Involved in addition and renovation projects at Baltimore-Washington International Airport and the Motor Vehicle Administration's Ritchie Highway complex in Glen Burnie, Cloud has worked on a variety of county and state developments.

A past president of the Magothy Beach Community Association, and Post Commander of American Legion 252, Cloud attended Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland and the Maryland Institute of Art, where he taught architecture designfrom 1964-1977.
