Feb. 27: Mr. B. L. Mencken, aged sixty-three years, died of heart failure late last night at his home, 1704 West Fayette Street. He was born in Germany and came to Baltimore when a young man. A widow and five children survive him. He was a Mason. Mr. Mencken was recently in the cigar manufacturing business.
