* The Howard CountyDraft Board, in response to an increased quota of inductees, began drawing this week from the group designated as 1AH --husbands without children. Also being reviewed were men classified as 1Y, who had beendeemed physically, mentally or morally deficient when originally examined. The county's quota for February was 26. Ninety-six men had already been notified to report for physical examinations between Feb. 11 and March 3.
