* OUTLOOK: Starting tonight the Bullets (21-27) expect to get some help from John Williams, but don't expect much right away. The 6-foot-9 forward, who has been out for more than a year because of knee surgery and a prolonged battle with his waistline, has been cleared to play, but coach Wes Unseld says he will use him only sparingly. He will need all of his big men tonight against the Spurs (32-13), who have David Robinson as an intimidator. The Bullets will be playing the first of three road games in Texas.
