Michael O. Eason Sr., who specializes in new home sales, resales and land development, has a background in finance that has proven beneficial to his clients.
Margaret McLean is a professional sales associate who holds the GRI, CRS and Associate Broker designations. She has experience in all phases of real estate, including relocation, property management, commercial, land development, residential and teaching ASI courses to other Realtors. McLean concentrates on new home sales.
Champion's Annapolis office is at 2660 Riva Road in Annapolis.
SNYDER ASSOCIATES EXPANDS ITS STAFF
John H. Snyder Associates Inc., a Crofton-based advertising and public relations agency, recently added three account service personnel to its staff.
Christina Jackson was appointed as an account executive. Jackson recently worked for Young & Rubicamas an independent marketing consultant.
Ann Peets, another recently added account executive, was formerly with Jordan-Azam in Baltimore. Account coordinator Michael Colucciello worked with McCain-Ericsonin New York before joining JHSA.
All three will work primarily insupport of JHSA client Hardee's Food Systems Inc. and Hardee's restaurants.
In addition to the new appointments, JHSA has promoted advertising veteran Rob Cathcart to senior account executive.
SALES ASSOCIATE JOINS CHAMPION STAFF
Richard D. Cress, a professional sales associate, has recently joined Champion Realty Inc.'s Pasadena Office at 3905 Mountain Road.
Cress has been a licensed real estate agent for one and a half years, with a settle volume of one million in 1990. He specializes in residential sales.
A resident of Anne Arundel County for 21 years, Cress is familiar with the area, which has been an asset to his career.
MPPA NAMES BEAU SHOOTER OF THE YEAR
Annapolis photographer Beauregard Simmons, known professionally as Beau, has been named the Maryland Photographer of the Year for 1990 by the Maryland Professional Photographer's Association (MPPA).
The award, the second one for Simmons, was given in recognition of the highest amount of points accumulated in each of the five MPPA photography contests in 1990, winning best of show in each competition.
Simmons is best known for his photographic portraits and operates a portrait studio in the Annapolis Mall. His photographs are are part of an exhibit at Florida's Epcot Center and have won him several national awards.
