* Dairy Maid Dairy of Frederick won a $22,545,475 contract from Kadena Air Base, Japan, to supply milk and dairy products through a government-owned, contractor operated milk plant.

* Johns Hopkins University of Laurel won a $1,538,000,000 contract from the Navy to provide for research, development, engineering and technical services supporting tactical strategic systems, space science, geophysics, biophysics, and micro-electronics.
