MAN DIES IN CRASH WITH TWO VEHICLES
Richard A. Friedman, 38, of Belcamp, was killed in a three-vehicle accident at the Pulaski Highway and West Bel Air Avenue intersection in Aberdeen Monday night, town police said.
Friedman's car, a 1989 Mercury Topaz, collided with a pickup truck driven by Steven M. Hanlon, 24, of Havre de Grace, police reported.
Hanlon's vehicle then struck a Dodge Raider driven by Donna J. Kline, 36, no address available.
Friedman is the first traffic fatality in Harford this year.
MAN CHARGED WITH SECOND-DEGREE RAPE
John R. Wilcox Jr., 37, of Joppa, was charged with three counts of second-degree rape by the county Sheriff's Department on Jan. 31, HarfordDistrict Court records show.
Wilcox is accused of attacking threegirls, ages 6, 7 and 9, while he was watching them for their parentslast summer, the documents said.
Wilcox also is charged with three counts each of child abuse and second-degree sexual offense.

200 block Kensington Parkway: A 40-foot aluminum ladder worth $450 was stolen from a house Feb. 2, the Sheriff's Department said.

900 block Grayson Square: A $12,325 car was stolen on Jan. 31, town police said.
100 block Stoneleigh Road: A citizen's band radio and aportable television/stereo were stolen, worth $560, from a parked van on Jan. 31, town police said.

4200 block Paddrick Road: A gas generator worth $880 was stolen from a house Feb. 1, the Sheriff's Department said.

1600 block Creitler Valley Drive: A $1,000 out-drive unit of a boat engine was stolen from the boatwhile it was stored in a driveway Jan. 29, the Sheriff's Department said.

3100 block Scarboro Road: Two hydraulic jacks and four chipping hammers, worth $5,050, were stolen from a barn Jan. 31, the Sheriff's Department said.
