A woman walking with her children near a Dundalk quarry yesterday morning found the body of a man floating face-down in a pond, Baltimore County police reported.

The body was recovered from the quarry near Stansbury Park by a county rescue squad and was taken to the state medical examiner's office in Baltimore.

The victim appeared to have drowned. Investigators said they had ruled out foul play.
