* OUTLOOK: The Jacks (29-22-3) are still very banged up with Kent Paynter, Chris Felix, Bobby Babcock, Vic Gervais out and Jeff Greenlaw and John Purves questionable for the weekend. The first-place Americans (30-18-8) played without both of their goalies -- Darcy Wakaluk and David Littman -- last week, but they have been returned from Buffalo. This is the third of four meetings for the season with the Jacks leading 1-0-1, after tying the Amerks 3-3 last Wednesday in Rochester. It is the second time in a week the Jacks have played the two division leaders on back-to-back nights.
