A Newswatch item Friday incorrectly stated the Baltimore County teachers' union position on a pay raise. The Teachers Association of Baltimore County, which last week agreed with the school board on a negotiated 3 percent pay increase for next year, has formally requested the board to honor the agreement, regardless of cuts in the upcoming county budget deliberations.
