Jack Marck, president of Marck Time Travel agency, Bel Air, has beennamed Member of the Year, 1990 by the Harford County Chamber of Commerce.

Marck is editor of the chamber's "Spokesman" newsletter and has been a vice president for the past three years.

He is involved in promoting membership in the chamber and on several committees.

He is active in community affairs, presenting travel programs at senior centers, nursing homes, schools and service clubs.

Marck is treasurer of Discover Harford County and a member of the Kiwanis Club of Harford County. He teaches travel and tourism andgeography classes for Harford Community College and Villa Julie College.

He has lived Harford County for 32 years
