A York County, Pa., man was charged with the sexual attack on a 14-year-old Forest Hill girl Jan. 27, the county Sheriff's Department said.
Cecil E. Williams,27, of Stewartstown, was charged with a fourth-degree sex offense in the incident, police said.
He was a house guest with the girl's family at the time of the attack, the sheriff's department said. Williams has been released on his own recognizance.
