Michael J. Mulherin, formerly vice president of investments at Prudential Bache Securities, has joined FSC Securities Corp. in Ellicott City as a registered principal.

Mulherin will offer assistance in areas such as general securities brokerage services, U.S. government securities, municipal bonds and mutual funds.
