ROBBERY/SHOOTING: Northern District -- Police reported three men, one armed with a handgun, accosted two men yesterday evening as they walked in the 600 block of Willow St. and robbed them of property and cash valued at more than $300. During the robbery, one of the victims was shot. Police said Keith Felton, of the 1100 block of Kevin Road, was robbed of $30, a ski jacket, tennis shoes and a security officer's badge. Gabriel Tavia, of the 4400 block of Old York Road, was robbed of his jacket, $17 and a set of keys. Police said that during the robbery, the gunman shot Felton in the left leg for no apparent reason. Police said the gunman and his accomplices escaped and that Felton was taken to a hospital for treatment.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A resident of the 100 block of Woodyear St. reported that someone broke into her home by forcing the front door and removed a 13-inch TV and a VCR. Police said the property was valued at nearly $400.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Darryl Cole, of the 2500 block of Arunah Ave., reported he was in the 2500 block of Park Ave. when a man he knows robbed him of $25 while pointing a .22-caliber handgun at him. Later, police arrested Arnold Patterson, 22, of the 800 block of Whitelock St., and charged him with armed robbery. Police said a handgun believed used in the robbery was recovered when Patterson was arrested. Police said Patterson appeared before a District Court commissioner who ordered him held in lieu of $50,000 bond pending a bail review hearing today before a District Court judge.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Police reported that a 14-year-old resident of the 1300 block of Kitmore Road was walking in the 3000 block of the Alameda yesterday afternoon when he was attacked by four other teen-agers who struck him several times, knocking him unconscious. The youth later told police that when he regained consciousness, he discovered he had been robbed of a small sum of money.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Sandra Anderson, of the 4000 block of Dudley Ave., reported she was in the 1100 block of Gorsuch Ave. yesterday evening when she was stopped by a man in his 20s and armed with a handgun who demanded her money. Police said the gunman fled with $50.

ROBBERY TRY: Northeastern District -- Shirley Robertson, of the 1700 block of Ingram Road, reported she had stopped in the 5300 block of Loch Raven Blvd. early yesterday when a man approached her vehicle and demanded she give him money. Police said instead of complying with the man's verbal threats, Robertson drove off.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Police reported that Lamont Gill, of the 7200 block of Brook Crest Way, was in the 5000 block of Denview Way yesterday when he was attacked by two men, both armed with handguns, who robbed him of property valued at more than $100.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Donald Rice, of the 3000 block of Bayonne Ave., reported that someone broke into his company-owned truck while it was parked near his home and removed welding equipment valued at $300.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Ellen Armstrong, of the 1500 block of Meridene Drive, reported that someone entered her patio and removed property valued at $600.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the Moravia Park Apartments in the 4400 block of Moravia Road reported that someone broke into his storage locker and removed property valued at more than $1,500.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Jennice Scheck, of the 900 block of Cheswolde Road, reported she was working at the Veterans Administration Hospital in the 3900 block of Loch Raven Blvd. yesterday when someone entered her office and removed a wallet from her purse which she had placed under her desk. Scheck told police the wallet contained cash and other property valued at nearly $50.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Evelyn Melville, of the 3000 block of Taylor Ave., told police she was in the 6800 block of Harford Road early yesterday afternoon when she was approached from behind by a man who stole her purse containing a small sum of money.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Police reported that someone entered the home of Pamela Johnson in the 1100 block of Gorsuch Ave. and removed property valued at nearly $300.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Linda Dudley, of the 1700 block of N. Washington St., reported she was in the 2700 block of St. Lo Drive early yesterday when she was stopped by two men who demanded she give up her purse. Police said Dudley complied and that the men fled with cash and property valued at more than $200.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Police reported that a deliveryman for Pizza-A-Boli's in the 1700 block of E. Northern Parkway was returning from a delivery in the 1200 block of Woodbourne Ave. yesterday evening when he was accosted by a man in his early 20s who ordered him to give up his money while implying he was armed with a gun. Police said the man fled with $70.

ARREST: Northeastern District -- Police responded to the Giant Food store in the 5100 block of Sinclair Lane yesterday and arrested a 40-year-old resident of the 1800 block of Dallas St. who attempted to leave the store without paying for nearly $40 worth of meat products. Police said the man was held overnight at the Eastern District pending theft charges and a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Felisha Cherry, of the 1400 block of Homestead St., reported a relative entered her home yesterday and removed $45 worth of food stamps from the dining-room table.

ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- Marion Sander, 26, of the 1500 block of E. 29th St., reported he was in the 800 block of Gorsuch Ave. yesterday evening when he was stopped by two teen-agers, one of whom was armed with a handgun, who said to him, "Do you want to die?" Sander turned and fled. Police said the gunman did not fire and that both youths fled.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Police said clothing and cash, all valued at more than $800, was removed from a dwelling in the 500 block of Cathedral St. yesterday after someone gained entry through a window after climbing a fire escape.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Employees of Cobblers & Cleaners in the first block of E. Lombard St. reported that someone broke into the business by kicking in a pane of glass and removed several pieces of clothing and less than $5.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Police reported that someone broke into the Card Gallery, a card and gift shop in the Gallery at 200 E. Pratt St., and took $20.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A resident of the 6100 block of Macbeth Drive reported that someone broke into her home by forcing a bedroom window and removed more than $3,000 worth of jewelry.

THEFT: Northern District -- Guy Shipley, of the 3000 block of Elm Ave., reported that while his 1989 Volkswagen was parked near his home between Monday and yesterday, someone broke into the vehicle and removed a tape deck. Police said the property was valued at $200.

THEFT: Northern District -- An employee of Acme Builders in the 2100 block of Eastern Ave. reported that while his company-owned vehicle was parked in the 800 block of W. 32nd St., someone broke into the vehicle and removed property and equipment valued at more than $500.

THEFT: Northern District -- Elaine Potocki, of the 3400 block of Greenway, reported that while her 1988 Mercedes-Benz was parked near her home over a six-day period, someone broke into the vehicle and removed a pair of boots valued at more than $100. Police said entry was gained by breaking a window.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Sheryl Rogers, of the 700 block of W. Mulberry St., reported she was in the 200 block of N. Eutaw St. early yesterday afternoon when she was robbed of her purse by a man wearing a red sweat suit. Rogers told police her purse contained cash and property valued at nearly $200.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Phillip Brubaker, an out-of-town resident, reported that while he was in the 1300 block of Hargrove St. yesterday afternoon he was accosted by a man wearing an orange overcoat who threatened him with a screwdriver and drove off in his 1986 Toyota pickup truck.

THEFT: Central District -- An employee of Higdon Inc., a typewriter and supply company in the 2200 block of Maryland Ave., reported that someone broke into a company-owned truck while it was parked in the 2200 block of Morton St. and removed a cellular car phone and tools. Police said the property was valued at more than $800.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Margaret Williams, of the 1400 block of Park Ave., reported she was walking near her home yesterday evening when she was stopped by two men, one armed with a handgun, who forced her to give up her briefcase. Police said the briefcase was valued at $30.

ROBBERY TRY/ARREST: Central District -- Police arrested a man and were holding him at the station pending charges that he attempted to rob Bernice Peterson, of the 2500 block of Edmondson Ave., of her coat while she walked in the 500 block of E. Fayette St. yesterday evening. Police said the man was arrested after Peterson gave them a description of the man who attempted to robbed her.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Police reported that someone forcibly entered a dwelling in the 500 block of N. Paca St. and removed property valued at more than $1,000. Police said the intruder made off with a TV, VCR, video game and jewelry.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Woodlawn District -- Police reported an employee of Domino's Pizza in the 1700 block of Woodlawn Drive at Pace Plaza was returning from making a delivery about 1:30 a.m. today when he was accosted by two men outside the carryout who robbed him of an undisclosed sum of cash. Following the robbery, police said, the men drove off.

ROBBERY: Woodlawn District -- Police reported a man whose name was not available was in the first block of Cedar Heights Court shortly before 11 p.m. yesterday when he was stopped by a man armed with a handgun who robbed him of an undisclosed sum of cash.

Anne Arundel

ROBBERY: Arnold -- Police reported that a man armed with a handgun accosted several employees of Damon's restaurant as they left the building at 21 Jones Station Road after closing and forced them back inside. There, the gunman ordered one of the employees to open the office safe and give him all the money. After taking an undisclosed sum of cash, the gunman fled.

DRUG ARREST: Odenton -- Acting on a search warrant, police entered a home in the 1300 block of Passage Drive and seized nearly 2 grams of crack cocaine. They also arrested the occupant of the house and charged him with possession of crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. Police said the arrest came after narcotics officers received reliable information that drugs were being sold out of the house. Police said bail information on Leonard E. Goliday, 18, a resident of the raided house, was not immediately available.

BURGLARY: Linthicum -- Police reported that someone broke into a dwelling in the 1000 block of Sharon Drive and removed appliances and other property, all valued at $15,000. Police said entry was gained by forcing a door.
