Two violations of liquor laws, an application for a new license and a license transfer are on the agenda for the county liquor board meeting Tuesday morning.
Following is the agenda:
* 9 a.m. -- The Knights of Columbus in Sykesville has applied for a liquor license to serve beer, wine and liquor.
* 9:45 a.m. -- Joby's Social Club in Union Bridge is charged with serving alcohol after hours.
If found guilty, the club could face suspension of its license and a fine of up to $2,000.
* 10:15 a.m. -- The owner of Os & Ginny's, formerly at 452 E.
Main St. in Westminster, has been charged with violating liquor laws by closing the business for 10 or more consecutive days without informing the liquor board.
Norman Hoy closed the business Nov. 3 and turned his liquor license in Nov. 13, said J. Ronald Lau, liquor board administrator.
The new owners of the business applied last month for a liquor license. Rheta Cullison and Lynda Abbott plan to open the Turn Around Sports Pub Dec. 13.
* 11 a.m. -- The owners of Rewster's Restaurant and Lounge in Taylorsville asked to transfer their license to new owners who will call the business the Rusty Nail Restaurant and Lounge.
