21-year-old man fatally shot in S.W. Baltimore identified

Baltimore police have identified the 21-year-old victim who was fatally shot early Sunday in Southwest Baltimore, officials said.

Police were called to the 1200 block of Ward Street at 5:51 a.m. and discovered the victim, identified as Rasheed Abdullah. A medical crew pronounced him dead at 5:55 a.m.

Police are seeking witnesses.
