Traffic: Northbound lanes of I-95 in Harford Co. reopened

As of 8:45 a.m. Monday, the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at Route 24 in Edgewood in Harford County were reopened after an accident injured four people, including a 7-year-old girl at about 4:45 a.m., according to state police. Police did not have any additional information about the extent of the victims' injuries.

One eastbound lane of the Bay Bridge was closed due to debris in the road, state highway administration officials reported.

Another lane closure at York Road northbound at Bosley Avenue was reported in Towson.

The Maryland Transit Authority reported major delays for the 5 a.m. Train 872 departing from Martinsburg departure. The train is 45 minutes late approaching Barnesville, followed by train 874 approaching Barnesville 20 minutes late.

MTA also reported that Train 892, departing 6:05 a.m. from Frederick, is delayed by 12-to-15 minutes approaching the Dickerson Station. Metro to honor MARC tickets.
