Baltimore City Council President Bernard C. "Jack" Young

As his favorite Ravens memory, Baltimore City Council President Bernard C. "Jack" Young cited running back Ray Rice's legendary play against the San Diego Chargers this season -- when Rice miraculously converted a first-down on a 4th-and-29 situation by making eight defenders miss. "Hey diddle, diddle Ray Rice up the middle," Young said. "That changed the whole tone for the Ravens. That was something we'll never see again." Young said his other favorite moment was how the team rallied around linebacker Ray Lewis' announcement that he would retire at the end of this season. "When Ray Lewis first announced he was retiring, that fired up the team," Young said. "We went out to beat the Colts and Denver. Now we're going to on to the Super Bowl to beat San Francisco."
