Tower Federal Credit Union's 31st annual Tower Classic Golf Tournament in June raised $26,000 in proceeds and matching funds to benefit the Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore. The tournament was held at the Renditions Golf Club in Davidsonville, and 36 sponsors and 119 golfers participated.
Since 1998, the Tower Classic has raised more than $213,000 for the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. Tower Federal Credit Union is headquartered in Laurel.
