The city's annual open house has been re-scheduled for Sunday, March 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Laurel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road.
The open house was postponed March 1 due to bad weather.
Groups and organizations that would like to participate March 22 should confirm by emailing Department of Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Joanne Barr at jbarr@laurel.md.us.
City officials and department heads, as well as other county and state officials, local groups and organization and Laurel police, fire and rescue personnel will meet and greet open house visitors, who can tour city hall and enjoy entertainment and light refreshments.
