Be part of the grand reopening of the Montpelier Mansion Historic Site Sunday, Oct. 6, from noon to 4 p.m. at 9650 Muirkirk Road.
Following extensive renovation at the site, visitors can enjoy tours with a member of the restoration team, answering questions and showing some of the archaeological findings, with light refreshments, hands-on activities for kids and a slide show about the restoration work.
