Patrons of the Laurel library, temporarily located at 8101 Old Sandy Spring Road, can show their appreciation to the staff as part of an open house this month.
We Love Our Library Staff is the theme of an open house being hosted by Friends of the Laurel Library on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 1-4 p.m. At the open house, library patrons can write a note on paper provided, telling various staff members what they appreciate about their work.
Refreshments will be served.

County residents can apply for an open seat on the Board of Library Trustees of the Prince George's County Memorial Library System, a policy-making body responsible for governing the library system.
