Washington Boulevard, 9000 block, 2:21 a.m. Jan. 9. Officer observed two men with faces covered exiting convenience store. Two men found with stolen lottery scratch off tickets and cigarettes were arrested. Shaun Marquette Jenkins, 33, of Washington, and Clifton Lee Jenkins, 35, of Washington, charged with second-degree burglary, resisting arrest, and malicious destruction of property.
