Laurel TNR, a volunteer group that works to stabilize and reduce the number of feral cats in Laurel by trap-neuter-return efforts, is offering a workshop on building winter shelters for feral cats.
The winter shelter workshop is Saturday, Nov. 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Partnership Activity Center at the Laurel Police Department, 811 Fifth St. Preregistration is required, and there is a $20 supply fee.
