A mobile home fire in North Laurel displaced six people Friday afternoon after the dwelling was declared uninhabitable, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue.
One firefighter from the Savage fire station received minor burns and was treated, the department said. The home, on Ruth Avenue, "suffered extensive damage," displacing two adults, two teens and two infants. They were being assisted by the Red Cross, the fire department said.
