Centennial broke the game open with a six-run fourth inning, during which Dalaysia Hammond (1-1, two walks, two runs) and Sarah Sopchick (1-2, three runs) singled, Grace Bennett (2-4, two RBIs, walk, double) walked and a run scored on an error. Lauren Marcotte (3-4, double, triple, SB, four RBIs, three runs) then hit a two-RBI double and Olivia Reese (4-4, four SB, two runs) had an RBI single. The Eagles also had big days from Sarah Phelps (walk, two runs), Erin McGuire (two RBIs, walk), and Ester Kim (2-4, two RBIs). Pitcher Jordan Hinz (6 IP, nine hits, six runs, two walks) settled in to earn the win.

Long Reach's Hailey Ramberg went 4-5 with four RBIs, Rachel Jacavage went 4-5 with two runs scored and two RBIs, Kamryn Walker went 4-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored, Sayla Phillips went 4-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored, and Taela Conlan and Alexis Warthen went 3-4. Phillips struck out six batters in seven innings at pitcher.

Mt. Hebron's Meghan Holquist went 3-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored, Bree Hoskinson went 3-4 with a run scored, Erin Rogers went 2-4 with a run scored and Ana Mosisa had multiple hits. At pitcher, Hoskinson struck out eight batters.

Marriotts Ridge's Mikayla Barnard pitched seven innings and struck out nine, walked six and allowed eight hits and four earned runs to earn the win and avenge a previous defeat to Howard. Madi Costigan went 3-4 — all doubles — with two RBIs and three runs scored, and Ashleigh Gerber went 2-3 with two runs scored and cleared the bases with a double in the first inning. Molly Nies went 1-3 with two RBIs.

Howard's Shanya Gordon went 2-3 with a double and two RBIs, Paige Eakes went 2-3, and Lindsey Smith had a double.

The win is the 100th for head coach Ray Gerstner.

Mt. Hebron snapped its two-game winning streak with solid pitching and timely hitting. Alex Bolton got the win on the hill, while coach Brian Culley said Ryan Van Tine threw the final three innings of "strong relief." Sophomore Jimmy Jaecksch paced the Vikings offensively with a bases-clearing triple in the third inning and also scored twice. Magnus Dunn had two hits and two runs scored.
