National Signing Day Fall 2015 in Howard County
High school seniors planning to play NCAA Division I and Division II sports are eligible as of Nov. 11 to sign with schools and several local athletes have been participating in the festivities. Other athletes who are headed to play Division III have also announced their commitments.
