One person involved in a two-vehicle collision in West Friendship Road Wednesday was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in serious condition.
According to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue's Twitter account, the accident occurred around 10 a.m. on Old Frederick Road near the intersection of Route 32.
There were no other injuries reported.
