An Elkridge man charged with indecent exposure in connection with an incident at the Mall in Columbia on Friday was implicated in a second incident the next day in an Elkridge parking lot, according to Howard County police.
Mario Garcia, 31, of the 7100 block of Silverleaf Oak Road in Elkridge, allegedly exposed himself to a woman while driving in a tan sedan through a parking lot located in the 6400 block of Old Waterloo Road on Saturday, Nov. 2, police said.
Police said Garcia is also being investigated for an indecent exposure incident on Friday, Nov. 1 at the mall. Police said in the mall incident the victim was walking through the mall parking lot when a man in a tan sedan exposed himself to her.
