St. Andrew's Church in Glenwood is bringing back its monthly feast after a hiatus over the summer. On Thursday, Sept. 22. from 6 to 8 p.m., you can dine in or carry out at the church located on route 97 between Union Chapel Road and the post office in Glenwood.
The dinner has been generously donated by Smokin' Hot Bar and Grille which is located in the Inwood Shopping Center.
The price for dinner is $9 per person, $30 per family and children 5 years and younger are free.
Proceeds from the feast will be donated to The Ellicott City Partnership(ECP), dedicated to restoring Old Town Ellicott City. All of the proceeds will go directly toward supporting the businesses and residents as the community begins the process of rebuilding after the devastation from the flooding event on July 30.

The Second Annual Turf Valley Fall Wine Festival benefiting Zaching Against Cancer will be held Thursday, Sept. 29, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Turf Valley Towne Square. Four tables will be set around the perimeter offering over 16 different wines to taste including Senda Verde by wnemaker Jose Luis Alvarez. Enjoy local craft beers and food from the surrounding restaurants while listening to music from local favorite The Dixon Ulmer Band. The Annual Fall Fest and Yard Sale at Calvary Lutheran Church in Woodbine will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A bake sale table will be set up with apple dumplings, pies, cakes, breads, apple butter, jams and more. The Howard County Conservancy will be hosting a Fall Equinox Twilight hike and campfire on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 5 p.m. Bring the family out and enjoy the trails along the stream to the woodland campfire ring.
