Marriotts Ridge High School presents "Jukebox 10 — The Legend Ends," the final chapter in the phenomenon that has run 10 years to sold out audiences!
Don't miss this song-filled, energetic musical revue featuring tunes that span generations and genres from jazz to rap! The show will be performed Thursday through Saturday, March 19, 20 and 21, curtain at 7 p.m.,. Sunday, March 22, curtain at 3 p.m.
This is the 10th and final episode of Jukebox for MRHS. Jukebox is the annual student-conceived, rocking musical revue that features 14 songs from all genres played by a 16-piece live student band with dancing and singing by a cast of over 60 students.

Congratulations go out to the Marriotts Ridge Ice Hockey team members who were crowned county champions. The team did play for the state championship on Feb 27, but although they did not win states, they fought hard and played hard during the season. This is the first time this team has won the county championships as a non-school sponsored team.

The Columbia Figure Skating Association announces its annual spring production of "Movies and Minions". Performances will be held at the Columbia Skating Rink on Saturday, March 21, at 3 and 6 p.m., and Sunday, March 22, at 2 and 4:30 p.m.
Many performers are local residents. From Marriottsville, performers are Bailey Fenlon, Brenna Fenlon, Katie Tincher and Faith Zaruba. Sykesville performers are Allison Bonier and Elena Bonier. Woodstock performers are Montana Ignacio and McKenna Schindler. And one Ellicott City performer close to my heart is Kate Stewart.

Clarlen Nursery School, on Bethany Lane, will host its annual Wheely Fun Day on Friday, March 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. Vehicles of all sizes and varieties will be on display in the back parking lot of Bethany United Methodist Church for pre-schoolers and their parents to see. This will be great fun for the kids and parents! This is a free event and open to the public!
Tickets are still available for the St. Patty's Day celebration on Saturday, March 14, from 7 until 10 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Rodriguez Church Hall, 10800 Old Court Road, Woodstock. Tickets cost $20 per person and will get you a corned beef dinner with dessert, light snacks and drinks. The Lenny Adams Trio will provide music and Games of Chance, 50/50 raffles and game wheels will be available.
