Come out and join fellow parishioners and community members at the next St. Andrew's Feast on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. St. Andrew's Church is at 2892 Route 97 in Glenwood.
Once again, Smokin' Hot Bar & Grille will donate the Italian dinner. Can't stay for the dinner? Carry out is also available! The cost is $9 per person, $30 per family and 5 and under is free.
The proceeds from this dinner will benefit Bridges to Housing Stability. This organization assists Howard County residents who have found themselves homeless or are in danger of losing their homes by providing a supportive environment which includes, but is not limited to, mediation with landlords, assistance with budgeting, problem solving and goal planning for future housing stability.

Congratulations go out to the Marriotts Ridge High School ice hockey team, which secured a place as county champions after beating Atholton High School 5-4 on Friday, Feb. 6. The Mustangs will now advance to the Maryland Student Hockey League state tournament. Good luck Mustangs and congratulations on a great season!
During the month of February, the West Friendship Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary will collect items to support a local food pantry. They are asking for donations of canned vegetables/fruits, soup, pasta and sauces and cereal. Drop off your donations at the front entrance to the firehouse. Make sure items are not opened or expired. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
