Congratulations to Kelly Liu, a fourth rader at West Friendship Elementary School. Kelly plays the clarinet in the school band and has already earned all of her karate belts. This is a great accomplishment for band students who usually complete this fete during fifth grade. Keep up the great work, Kelly!
