Class officers elected at Reservoir High School [Fulton/Highland]

Another school year has come to a close, but not before the remaining students Reservoir High School elected their new class officers for the coming school year.

The officers for the class of 2016 are Dalton Kleinhen, President; Vanessa Mancilla, Vice President; Kayla Krammes, Secretary; and, Victor LeBlanc, Treasurer. The sponsors are Lisa Carl and Marisa Willman.

For the class of 2017, the officers are Brooke Saunderson, President; Josh Choi, Vice President; Cece Wood, Secretary; and Hayoung Park, Treasurer. The class sponsors are Paul Lee and Kevin Miller.

And the class officers for the class of 2018 are Anthony Payne, President; Jessica Koh, Vice President; Julia Payne, Secretary; and Jungwoo Yang, Treasurer. The class sponsors are Danielle Klim and Christine Long.

A special thanks to the Student Government Association sponsors Beth Demers and Michelle Hyde for organizing the elections.

If you have an elementary school or a middle school student athlete hanging around the house with nothing to do this summer, the Reservoir High School Boosters are sponsoring the Summer Sports and Enrichment Camps during the summer and registration is now open.

These camps "are designed to provide athletes of all skill levels the chance to train under the guidance of high school coaches who provide a higher level of training". There are camps for all the usual high school sports such as football, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, softball, boys' basketball, baseball, and "Stay Active".

There are also a variety of non-athletic camps taught by Reservoir instructors to choose from such as art and photography. And, some of the camps are open to kids as young as second grade.

Mark July 11 on your calendar for the annual Maple Lawn Street Festival. Bring the whole family to the main drag, Maple Lawn Boulevard, from 5 to 9 p.m. for the festivities, capped off by a fantastic aerial fireworks display beginning at approximately 9:15.

On the boulevard you'll find a beer garden, live music, sidewalk sales, food trucks and a kid's zone. The rain date for the event, which is sponsored by St. John Properties and Greenebaum Enterprises, is Sunday, July 12. For additional information email MapleLawnEvents@fullmoonmarketing.net.
