The Glenelg High School Auditorium is the place to be for wonderful music on Thursday, May 7, and Friday, May 8, at 7 p.m. each night.
On Thursday evening you can hear the Men's and Women's Choirs, the Madrigals, String Orchestra and the Symphonic Band. Friday night's entertainment will feature Barbershop, Women's Ensemble, Full Orchestra, Choir and Jazz Band. This is the concert when the Jazz Band members dress in crazy costumes.
Since it will be the last spring concert with Barry Enzman conducting the jazz band, the costumes could be outlandish. Tickets are available from the school office or from a member of one of the performing groups. You can attend either night for $8 or catch both nights of entertainment for $12.
