Bay Day at the Robinson Nature Center is set for Sunday, Feb. 22, 1-4 p.m. There is something for everyone. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is necessary.
While at the Nature Center, you might want to take in the Nano mini-exhibit on loan from Baltimore's Port Discovery Children's Museum. The Nano exhibit opened Feb. 4 and will be on display for seven months.

Evening hours are available March 3 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. if you need to come then.

Children entering kindergarten must have been born between Sept. 2, 2009, and Sept. 1, 2010.
Children entering Grade 1 must have been born between Sept. 2, 2008, and Sept. 2009. If you are applying for early admission to first grade, the child must have been born between Sept. 2 and Oct. 13, 2009. There is an application process regardless to where they completed kindergarten.
It is important to register all new students at the appropriate school as early as possible.

We have some outstanding young local artists. Encourage them to enter the Choose Civility Poster Contest. It' s open to all students in grades K to 12, including students in private schools and home schoolers. Contest entries must be submitted by March 1.
